We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented Student Analyst to join our Regulatory Affairs Compliance Team in Copenhagen. You will become part of a collaborative international team where your work contributes directly to ensuring compliance across our Regulatory Affairs organization. What you'll be doing
As our Student Analyst, you'll play an important role in supporting the Regulatory Affairs Compliance team with data management, reporting, coordination, and administrative activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Compliance Support
Maintain and update compliance overviews, trackers, and governance documentation
Support cross-checking and quality assurance of compliance-related records and reports
Assist with maintaining the Regulatory Affairs SOP List, Training Matrix, and Process Ownership Overview
Support follow-up activities related to expired SOPs and compliance deadlines
Collect and organize documentation for compliance reviews and gap-assessment activities
Data & Reporting
Prepare, update, and quality-check Excel data used for compliance reporting and dashboards
Track key compliance activities and ensure information is accurate and up to date
Support data analysis and reporting tasks for the Regulatory Affairs organization
Team Collaboration
Work closely with Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance colleagues
Support ad hoc projects and improvement initiatives
Participate in training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team meetings
Learn and apply relevant SOPs, quality systems, and compliance procedures
As you develop your knowledge and experience, you'll be encouraged to take increasing ownership of tasks and actively contribute to process improvements.

Who you are
We imagine that you are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and are eager to apply what you're learning in a professional setting.
We are looking for someone who:
Is currently studying Pharmacy, Life Science, Health Sciences, or a related field (preferably in the 2nd or 3rd year of studies)
Has strong Excel skills and enjoys working with data
Is comfortable learning new systems and digital tools
Communicates confidently in English, both written and spoken
Has an interest in regulatory compliance, quality, or pharmaceutical processes
Knowledge of QMS and GMP will be considered an advantage, but is not a requirement.
About the team
You will join the RA Compliance Team, part of Regulatory Affairs Development.
Regulatory Affairs Development supports strategic initiatives across the organization including new markets, mergers and acquisitions, digital transformation, process optimization, and compliance governance.
The RA Compliance Team consists of dedicated specialists located in Copenhagen and Budapest, working to ensure strong quality management and governance practices across the Regulatory Affairs organization. As our Student Analyst, you'll gain exposure to both local and international collaboration while supporting activities that have a real impact on the business.
