Working closely with colleagues across the organization, you'll gain an understanding of our business while helping stakeholders make informed decisions based on data.

You will join the Commercial Intelligence team within our German business unit, where you'll support commercial decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations. The team serves as a dedicated analytical partner to the German organization, helping stakeholders better understand market developments, business performance, and commercial opportunities.

Working closely with colleagues across different professions, the team combines business understanding with analytical expertise to support both day-to-day decision-making and longer-term strategic initiatives.

As an (Associate) Specialist, Commercial Intelligence, you'll combine market knowledge with analytical thinking to help stakeholders make informed commercial decisions.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market, portfolio, pricing, competitor, and sales analyses to support commercial decision-making

  • Monitoring market developments and business performance to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks

  • Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking to support the German organization

  • Performing ad hoc analyses and business case evaluations to support strategic and operational initiatives

  • Translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders

  • Collaborating with colleagues across the German business and relevant support functions to drive data-informed decision-making

  • Contributing to the continuous development of reporting, analytical frameworks, and data-driven ways of working

Fuel for your success in the role

We're looking for someone who is curious about how data can support better business decisions and motivated to develop both their analytical and commercial understanding. Whether you're at the beginning of your career or already have gained relevant experience, you enjoy working with data, solving problems, and translating findings into meaningful insights.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:

  • Hold a relevant degree within business, economics, analytics, engineering or a similar field

  • Have experience working with data, analysis, reporting, or business insights

  • Possess strong Excel skills and are comfortable working with larger datasets

  • Have experience with or an interest in SQL and Python

  • Are familiar with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI or similar

  • Communicate complex findings in a clear and understandable way

  • Work in a structured manner and pay attention to detail

  • Enjoy collaborating with stakeholders and building an understanding of business needs

  • Are curious, proactive, and motivated to continuously learn and develop

  • German language skills (written and spoken) are a plus.
