As Digital Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving strategic digital initiatives from idea to implementation, ensuring that technology investments translate into tangible business value.

Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will lead complex projects, align diverse stakeholders, and help deliver solutions that improve how we work, collaborate, and serve our customers. Partnering with colleagues across the organisation, you will help turn strategic ambitions into practical, value-creating digital solutions.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading digital transformation initiatives across the Group

• Driving projects from initiation through implementation and adoption

• Partnering with business and digital teams to translate needs into effective digital solutions

• Managing stakeholders, priorities, risks, and dependencies across functions and geographies

• Coordinating internal teams, external vendors, and implementation partners

• Communicating project progress, key decisions, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leaders

• Contributing to the continuous development of project management practices and digital capabilities across the organisation

Your Profile

You are a structured and proactive project manager who enjoys creating clarity in complex environments. You combine strong stakeholder management skills with a hands-on approach and a passion for driving initiatives forward. You thrive when collaborating across functions, challenge assumptions constructively, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity and change.

We imagine that you:

• Have 4+ years of experience managing digital, technology, or business transformation projects in an international organisation

• Have a proven track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives from idea to implementation

• Possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Have experience working closely with both business and technical teams

• Are familiar with project management methodologies, delivery models, and tools

• Have experience supporting change management and user adoption activities

• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken

• Hold a project management certification (considered an advantage)

You will become part of our Digital Strategy & Projects (DSP) team, consisting of eight highly skilled project managers dedicated to driving strategic change across the organisation. In your daily work, you will collaborate closely with the Digital Management Team, global digital teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
