You will join our Finance Business Partnering team, working closely with our Pharma Trading business, a key driver of growth and performance.

In this role, you will act as the financial sparring partner to the business, ensuring transparency, supporting planning and forecasting, and take ownership in strong, fact based decisions. You will play a central role in connecting financial performance with operational and commercial activities.

Success in this role is not only about analysis, it is about how effectively you communicate insights, challenge assumptions, and support stakeholders through clear and impactful storytelling.

Your main responsibilities include

• Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to the Pharma Trading business, providing financial insights, challenging assumptions, and supporting decision-making

• Drive financial planning and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment between business activities and financial expectations

• Translate financial performance into clear insights, highlighting risks, opportunities, and key drivers to support business decisions

• Prepare and present high quality financial analyses and materials, ensuring clear, structured, and impactful communication to stakeholders

• Support and challenge business cases and initiatives, ensuring financial transparency and a strong decision-making foundation

• Ensure strong financial follow-up on performance, connecting actions and results to enable continuous improvement

You are a strong communicator who enjoys working close to the business. You combine financial understanding with the ability to present insights in a simple, clear, and convincing way.

You are comfortable working with stakeholders at different levels and know how to adapt your communication depending on the audience. You are not only focused on the numbers, but on how they are understood and used to drive decisions.

In addition, your profile includes

• Master in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.

• 5+ years’ experience within Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Finance consultant or similar roles

• Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and supporting strategic and operational decision-making with ability to influence stakeholders

• Advanced analytical skills, including financial modeling and scenario analysis combined with the ability to translate data into clear messages

• Experience with forecasting, business cases, and financial performance management

• Excellent communication and presentation skills preparing presentations for stakeholders and management

• A structured and proactive approach, with the ability to challenge and drive improvements

• Ability to work independently while building strong relationships with the business

• Strong toolbox and skills in PowerPoint and presentation of financial material including dashboards creation.

• Fluency in English is required, as you will collaborate with international colleagues and stakeholders. Proficiency in a Scandinavian language is an advantage due to our Danish headquarters and local collaboration.

• Experience from a trading, commercial, or pharmaceutical environment is an advantage
