Are you a technical leader who enjoys combining people leadership and operational excellence, as well as working with modern infrastructure platforms and next-generation technologies?
As our new IT Core Services Team Lead, you will lead a team of highly skilled Infrastructure and Network Engineers responsible for the platforms and services that keep Abacus Medicine running securely and efficiently across Europe.
You will join a growing and business-critical IT organisation where Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, and cloud infrastructure form the backbone of our operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will balance people management, project delivery, operational governance, and technical guidance.

Contribute to the technical roadmap for IT infrastructure in alignment with business strategy.
