The opportunity

We’re looking for an Application Specialist to manage and improve our Quality, Regulatory, PV, and Business Operational Systems in a fast-paced, regulated environment. If you enjoy solving complex challenges, driving digital improvements, and taking ownership of critical business systems, this role is for you. We would like you to:

• Execute configuration, implementation, optimization, and lifecycle management of Quality, Regulatory, PV or Operational systems;

• Act as a system SME with deep understanding of system functionality;

• Translate and challenge business requirements to deliver scalable, compliant system solutions;

• Manage maintenance upgrades, releases, validation (CSV), testing, and documentation;

• Ensure ongoing compliance with global regulations (e.g. GxP, FDA, EMA);

• Drive data integrity, audit readiness, and support system inspections;

• Provide hands‑on troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex issues.

What we need you to have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Life Sciences or a related field;

• Strong background in either quality or regulatory business processes within a GxP environment (mandatory);

• Hands-on admin experience with any system such as Salesforce, Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, Master Control, or similar platforms;

• Proven experience in system configuration, implementation, and computer system validation;

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a structured and detail‑oriented mindset;

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions;

• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills in a global, cross‑functional environment;

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and lead initiatives end‑to‑end.
