We imagine that you:
Have solid experience as a Senior P&C / HR Business Partner in a complex organization
Confidently advise, challenge, and influence leaders

Work in a structured and proactive way, with strong project management skills
Are business-focused, service-minded, and relationship-driven
You thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility, engagement, and close collaboration make the difference and you take pride in ensuring that P&C consistently delivers at a high level to the business.

You will join our People & Culture team in Denmark, a team that sets high standards and delivers accordingly.
