Coordinator, Business Operations
Keep Norwegian business operations running, owning coordination, customer communication, and data
Looking for a role where structure and coordination matter? Join our Norwegian team and support daily business operations in an international setting, with a part-time setup and the opportunity to grow and take on more responsibility over time.
Drive meaningful change
In this parental leave cover (until November 2027), you will, as Coordinator, Business Operations, support sales and business development activities on the Norwegian market through hands-on administrative and operational coordination. You’ll work closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure that the right information is in place — from products and pricing to logistics and regulatory processes.
The role is a 30-hour per week part-time position and is well suited if you enjoy variety in your tasks, working with different stakeholders, and gradually taking on more responsibility as your understanding of the business grows.
Your main responsibilities include:
Coordinating and maintaining accurate information on products, pricing, and movements of goods across internal teams and external partners
Handling daily communication with customers and wholesalers on the Norwegian market
Coordinating regulatory-related tasks, including support for license applications and product launches.
Managing certificate uploads and reporting of sales data
Supporting contract management and operational projects
Updating guides and optimizing processes to support efficient daily workflows
Providing ad hoc administrative and operational support to the Norwegian team
Your Profile
You are structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working hands-on and close to the business, taking responsibility for both routine and ad hoc assignments.
We imagine that you bring:
A Bachelor’s degree within a commercial field or relevant professional experience from administrative, coordination, or stakeholder-facing roles
Full professional proficiency, written and spoken, in English as well as in at least one Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian)
Strong organisational skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Solid IT skills and confidence using standard office and administrative systems
Be part of an international community of people who care
You will become part of a small, dedicated team focused on the Norwegian market and report directly to the Norwegian Country Manager. Day to day, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across sales, operations, regulatory, finance, and supply chain, as well as with external partners such as wholesalers and customers.
At Abacus Medicine Group, you will be part of an international organisation where collaboration, trust, and development are central. We value responsibility, teamwork, and the ambition to keep improving how we do things together.
