Do you want to play a key role in building the teams that improve access to medicine across Europe?
At Abacus Medicine, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who is ready to take ownership of complex, international recruitments and act as a trusted advisor across our business.
Drive meaningful change
In this role, you will take the lead on global recruitment processes and play a key role in shaping how we attract and hire talent across markets and functions.
You will operate in a senior capacity, combining hands-on execution with strategic input, and working closely with hiring managers to ensure we build strong, future-ready teams that support our growth and purpose.
Your main responsibilities include:
Driving end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple countries and functions
Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, challenging and refining role requirements when needed
Leading proactive sourcing efforts, particularly for niche and hard-to-fill roles
Ensuring a high-quality and consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints
Providing market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions
Strengthening our employer branding, especially within pharma and healthcare
Collaborating with the global TA team to optimize processes and ways of working
Using data and KPIs to continuously improve recruitment performance
Supporting recruitment activities across locations, including travel when relevant
Be part of an international community of people who care
You bring a strong foundation within talent acquisition and are motivated by working with complex recruitments in an international environment.
You are comfortable operating at both a strategic and operational level and enjoy partnering closely with stakeholders to create the best hiring outcomes.
We imagine that you:
Have solid experience with full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a senior Talent Acquisition role
Have worked with international hiring and multiple stakeholders
Bring strong sourcing capabilities and a proactive mindset
Have experience from pharma, healthcare, or another regulated industry (a strong advantage)
Are confident in stakeholder management and influencing hiring decisions
Work in a structured and data-driven way, while remaining flexible
Communicate fluently in English.
Be part of an international community of people who care
You will join our Global Talent Acquisition team, working closely with colleagues across Europe in a collaborative and supportive environment.
In this role, you will report directly to the Group Director of Talent Acquisition, ensuring close alignment with our global strategy and priorities.
At Abacus Medicine, we believe in working together, sharing knowledge, and continuously improving how we operate. You will have the opportunity to take on a role with real responsibility, high visibility, and meaningful impact both for the business and for the people we hire.
