ERP Specialist (Platform and Support)
As an ERP Specialist, you will support and improve our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environment while working closely with business users and technical teams. You will take ownership of processes from start to finish, support daily operations, participate in requirement gathering, and contribute to continuous system development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys direct communication with users, is proactive, and feels comfortable working in a dynamic environment without strict project methodology.
We would like you to:
You will support the full ERP portfolio including L1 and L2 activities, assist with ATS Flex integration, provide minimal Perl related support.
Assist in configuring and maintaining the D365 FOEE environment based on business needs;
support end-users with day-to-day issues, including troubleshooting and training;
perform testing in non-production environments and follow internal deployment procedures;
document bugs, changes, and solutions clearly for team reference;
participate in business workshops to gather requirements and identify system gaps;
monitor system updates and proactively learn about new D365 features;
help with data validation, imports, and basic system administration tasks;
collaborate with senior team members on solution design and fit-gap analysis;
maintain user access rights and support security role assignments;
track and report on support tickets and recurring issues for continuous improvement;
translate business requirements into functional design for the development team to implement;
work closely with software developers to help them understand business needs;
run internal trainings and prepare training materials;
occasionally lead calls or meetings with key users.
What we need you to have:
Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in IT engineering, economy or a related field;
Experience in configuring and optimizing D365FO environments;
Solid experience with ERP products (e.g. SAP, MS Dynamics products, etc., as a key user, business analyst or consultant);
Analytical skills and the ability to conduct fit/gap analysis documentation;
Fluency in English - written and verbal communication skills;
Good communication skills;
Experience in test planning, test execution, and troubleshooting in IT areas;
A proactive approach to ongoing learning and staying abreast of the newest system features and updates from Microsoft;
Ability to identify business opportunities and optimize processes;
Strong collaboration and communication skills;
Strong results-orientation combined with excellent judgement and problem-solving skills;
Experience gained in Logistics / Production areas is an advantage.
