Drive meaningful change
In this role, you’ll be essential to our L&D team, helping to streamline communication and support the seamless delivery of learning initiatives across the organization. As our L&D Student Analyst, you’ll handle key administrative tasks and keep projects organized, contributing to the rollout of impactful global and local learning programs.
Your support will enable the team to focus on strategic priorities, while you help shape meaningful learning experiences for employees throughout the company.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Manage timelines, track milestones, and communicate with stakeholders on L&D initiatives
Assist in planning L&D programs, develop training materials, research best practices, and stay updated on current trends
Support by updating and maintaining the learning management system, ensuring smooth user experience
Handle scheduling, document prep, and resources for efficient program delivery
Collect and report on participation and feedback for insights into L&D impact
Coordinate and facilitate onboarding days and breakfasts, ensuring a welcoming and organized experience for new employees
Your Profile
The ideal candidate has a strong interest in People & Culture, and brings an organized, tech‑savvy, and data‑driven mindset with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Additionally, we imagine you are:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (2nd or 3rd year) in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
Experienced in administrative support, data management, or similar tasks (an advantage, not a requirement)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with learning management systems is a plus
Quick to learn new systems, with an interest in data handling, reporting, or process improvement
Fluent in English; fluency in Hungarian is an advantage

You will be part of a small, informal and dynamic team focused on personal development and individual responsibility. The team currently consists of five fulltime employees, three in Denmark and two in Hungary. While working hard we value a friendly atmosphere with room for a good laugh and many social activities.

A part-time position: 15-20 hours per week
