We are looking for a Team Leader to join our Quality Assurance team (Quality Control Assistant team).

In this role, you will coordinate the daily work of the Quality Control Assistant team and support production.

You will ensure that pharmaceutical batches and related documentation comply with applicable regulations, internal procedures, and marketing authorizations, working closely with production, Quality Assurance, and Qualified Person.

We would like you to:

• Lead and coordinate the daily work of the Quality Control Assistant team

• Ensure quality compliance during production through checks and documentation review

• Identify, document, and escalate deviations and quality issues in cooperation with QA and Qualified Person

• Support deviation handling and investigations, including system administration (TrackWise)

• Work closely with production, warehouse, and other partner departments

• Contribute to the effective operation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)

What we need you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) and 2–3 years of relevant Team Lead experience

• Or at least 4 years of relevant experience gained at Abacus Medicine (in a similar field and/or in a Team Lead role)

• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level (spoken and written)

• Advanced or native-level Hungarian language skills

• Strong IT skills and system affinity
