You will join a high-impact Strategy & PMI team working closely with senior leadership, Executive Management, Business Areas, and Finance. The team plays a central role in setting strategic priorities, evaluating options, and supporting major initiatives, including post-merger integration (PMI).

Are you ready to embark on this journey with us?

In this role, you will:

• Support the Strategy Team, Executive Management, and Senior Management with structured, fact-based strategic analysis

• Support end-to-end strategic deep dives on key business questions and strategic options

• Translate large, complex, and sometimes ambiguous data sets into clear, decision-oriented insights

• Build hypothesis-driven analyses, testing assumptions and outlining risks, implications, and recommendations

• Prepare concise, executive-level materials (presentations, memos) for leadership discussions

• Support Strategy team with workshops facilitation and in the strategy process

• Project manage strategic option deep dives across Business Areas

• Work closely with Business Finance to link strategic options to financial modeling and business cases

• Partner with cross-functional teams to validate insights and stress-test recommendations

• Identify execution gaps, interdependencies, and risks, supporting escalation where needed

• Provide strategic analysis to support the PMI lead and PMI workstreams

Fuel for your success in the role

We imagine that you bring:

• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Corporate Strategy, Business Analytics or Engineering(Business- or Strategy-focused), or a similar field

• 2+ years of experience from management consulting, business development, in a complex organization

• Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate complex data into clear, fact-based insights

• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools is an advantage

• Experience working hypothesis-driven and developing recommendations supported by financial modeling and business cases

• Strong business understanding, including value drivers, strategic priorities, and cross-functional dependencies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing concise, executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders

• Project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure

• A structured, detail-oriented, and independent way of working with strong ownership for quality and timelines

• A collaborative and proactive mindset, comfortable working across functions, seniority levels, and in politically complex environments
