Portfolio & Value Lead

As our new Portfolio & Value Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing and prioritizing a portfolio of strategic initiatives and transformation programs across the organization, ensuring that strategic initiatives are translated into measurable business impact.
Working closely with Executive Management and Finance Business Partners, you will enable fact-based prioritization, strengthen financial transparency, and ensure that strategic investments deliver tangible outcomes. You will be a trusted partner to senior leadership, providing clarity on decision options, risks, and value realization across Business Units and Functions.

You will lead the Portfolio & Value setup within a focused portfolio team consisting of you and one Portfolio Analyst. From here, you will collaborate closely with Department Heads, Project Managers, and enabling functions across the organization.
A key part of your success will be your ability to build strong, trust-based partnerships with Executive Management members and Finance Business Partners. Together, you will ensure well-informed executive decisions. You will act as the enterprise integrator – creating a clear line of sight from strategy to execution and benefit realization.

In this role, you will:
• Own and evolve the enterprise portfolio oversight framework, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial priorities
• Plan and facilitate monthly portfolio review meetings with Executive Management, preparing high-quality decision materials to support clear prioritization and decision-making
• Establish and lead a strong framework for benefits tracking, business impact, and resource management in collaboration with Finance and Business Owners
• Maintain a transparent single source of truth across the portfolio, including dashboards, risk assessments, and capacity views
• Provide constructive challenge to Department Heads and senior stakeholders to safeguard portfolio balance and value delivery
• Identify cross-initiative risks and interdependencies and drive timely escalations to Executive Management
• Lead, develop, and inspire one Portfolio Analyst, fostering a culture of fact-based, collaborative excellence
Fuel for your success in the role
We imagine that you bring:
• 5+ years of experience within enterprise portfolio management, Transformation Office, strategy execution, or large-scale program leadership
• Proven experience working closely with executive leadership and Finance in value-driven portfolio environments
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to understand assumptions and business impact analysis
• Advanced business education (MBA or equivalent) is preferred; relevant certifications such as PfMP, MoP, or IPMA are an advantage
• Expert facilitation and executive communication skills, with confidence engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders
• Experience with portfolio tooling and data environments (Excel, Power BI, PPM suites)
• A structured, collaborative mindset combined with integrity and the courage to challenge constructively
• A strong bias toward value realization, transparency, and enterprise-wide impact
