Product Development Advisor
The Product Development Advisor's main responsibility is to advise all other colleagues – including the management - of the different areas of the global Product Development department on how to proceed in complex, difficult edge-cases where balanced decision-making that incorporates business needs and compliance requirements are equally critical.
This advisory role extends into workflow optimization, compliance assurance, and critical project involvement in cases that impact or connect into activities of the global Product Development department.
Drive meaningful change
Your main responsibilities shall include:
Ensure all Working Instructions are up-to-date and in line with business needs and compliance requirements in a balanced but prudent way.
Proactively propose changes focusing on optimization and improved cost-efficiency in line with business needs and compliance requirements while helping to find the working compromise in the case of conflicting requirements.
Prepare detailed business cases after approval of immediate manager.
Actively support the detailed planning, designing, and implementation of approved changes included but not limited to the execution of appropriate change management.
Preparation of training materials and execution of training of colleagues on changes which the Advisor initiated or participated in.
Active support in the potential overtaking of certain activities from other areas.
Active support in minimizing potential backlogs and bottlenecks
Contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives
Preparation of reports to aid decision-making of the management
Active operative support when needed included but not limited to the creation, update, and validation of core master data
Based on incoming request, advisory to all other colleagues – including the management - of the different areas of the global Product Development department on how to proceed in complex, difficult edge-cases where balanced decision-making that incorporates business needs and compliance requirements are equally critical.
The Team and Stakeholders
The Global Product Development department consists of 22 colleagues.
7 colleagues work in Denmark and 17 in Hungary
Internal stakeholders: PD Research team, PD Samples team, PD Endmarket team, PD Trademark and Patent team, PD management, Regulatory, QA, Inbound
External stakeholders: suppliers, authorities, trademark holders
About You, or new colleague
Qualifications
Specific educational or professional standards, degree, or certifications.
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Life Science
5+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry
Minimum 3 years of experience with compliance related activities (QA and/or Regulatory) connected to Pharmaceuticals, preferably to Parallel Import
Advantage: Chemical Engineer
Advantage: Experience with low coding or other IT background that may help the communication regarding projects where IT is involved.
Skills

Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
