Compensation & Benefits Analyst

Drive meaningful change- The team:
You will be part of a dedicated Compensation and Benefits team, working alongside the Head of Compensation and Benefits and a Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist. Together, you will support the People and Culture organization across the entire group and assist management with ad-hoc requests.
Externally, you will collaborate with partners such as Korn Ferry and insurance brokers, ensuring our reward practices remain competitive and compliant.
Your main responsibilities include:
Support the annual compensation cycle, including salary adjustments, bonus processes, and salary benchmarking, through accurate data preparation, validation, and reporting.
Conduct market research and participate in salary and benefits surveys; analyze results and provide insights to guide decision-making.
Perform deep-dive analyses of country-specific data on an ad-hoc basis.
Maintain and update compensation and benefits data in human resources systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Assist in job evaluation and job architecture activities, including maintaining job documentation in line with Korn Ferry methodologies.
Provide analytical support to human resources and managers regarding compensation queries, pay ranges, and policy interpretation.
Contribute to developing and documenting compensation and benefits processes, guidelines, and communication materials.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc human resources analytics reports related to compensation.
Support projects such as policy updates, harmonization initiatives, pay equity reviews, and digitalization efforts.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit standards, and local regulations regarding compensation and benefits
What You Shall Bring:
You will thrive in this role if you:
0–2 years of experience in human resources, compensation and benefits, analytics, or related internships
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with accuracy and attention to detail mindset
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
Comfortable working with human resources systems and data analytics tools; experience with HR information systems is an advantage
Basic understanding of compensation concepts such as market benchmarking, pay ranges, and job evaluation
Ability to interpret and analyze quantitative data and translate insights into meaningful conclusions
Experience working with Power BI reports
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken with proactive and collaborative attitude.
Qualifications:
University degree in Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Knowledge of compensation frameworks such as Korn Ferry is an advantage but not required.
