As the Responsible Person for our Belgian warehouse, you will build and lead a fully compliant QMS while ensuring inspection readiness and operational excellence.
You will act as our GDP subject matter expert, partnering closely with global QA and key stakeholders.

The Opportunity
As a Responsible Person for our Belgian warehouse, you will be at the forefront of ensuring compliance with EU and Belgian Good Distribution Practices (GDP). Working closely with our Global QA organization, you will establish and maintain processes and systems that support our mission to broaden access to medicine. This role is based in Antwerpen, Belgium. Regular presence at the warehouse will be required.
We Would Like You To
In this role, your primary tasks include:
Acting as the RP for AM Belgium's warehouse.
Establishing and implementing a QMS in compliance with EU and local GDP regulations.
Supporting the setup of a local warehouse aligned with GDP requirements.
Ensuring inspection readiness for Belgian authorities and supporting inspection processes.
Maintaining the WDA and ensuring continuous compliance with regulations and the QMS.
Representing AM Belgium in internal fora as a GDP subject matter expert (SME).
Driving quality excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

What We Require From the Candidate:
5+ years of experience as a Responsible Person or Deputy in the pharmaceutical industry.
Qualification to act as a Responsible Person in Belgium.
A Master’s degree in pharmacy, chemistry, or an equivalent field.
In-depth knowledge of local GDP regulations in Belgium and EU GDP guidelines.
Experience in setting up new wholesale licenses is preferred.
Proficiency in English and the local language of Belgium; additional European languages are a plus.
Strong cultural awareness and adaptability.
