Join a highly engaged P&C organisation supporting all entities of the Abacus Medicine Group. Our team spans multiple countries and functions and is characterised by collaboration, professional excellence and a shared ambition to elevate the organisation.

In this role, you will lead P&C Managers and Business Partners across several countries, with five direct reports and a total team of around 30, ensuring cohesion, alignment and a strong Group P&C community.
As Group People & Culture Director, you will shape the Group-wide people strategy and build a cohesive P&C organisation across markets. This high-impact role requires strategic insight, strong stakeholder influence and the ability to prioritise and navigate competing demands in close collaboration with the CPO and Leadership Team.
Your main responsibilities include:
Strategic Leadership
Design and implement Group-level P&C strategies, frameworks and initiatives.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable plans that drive alignment across markets.
Use credibility and influence to guide leaders toward a unified Group direction.
Group Team Leadership
Lead and develop an international team of P&C Managers and Business Partners.
Create a culture of collaboration, transparency, accountability and continuous improvement.
Facilitate quarterly Group knowledge-sharing forums for General Managers.
Culture & Organisational Development
Drive Group processes within Performance Management, Talent Development, Engagement and Succession Planning.
Strengthen leadership effectiveness through targeted development, coaching and clear expectations.
Ensure consistent adoption of culture and values across all Group entities.
Cross-functional Partnership
Collaborate closely with GroupTalent Acquisition, Group Compensation, Benefits & Mobility, Group Learning & Development and Communication to deliver integrated Group people solutions.
Support organisational design, workforce planning and the integration of new markets.
Governance & Operational Excellence
Oversee compliance across labor law, ethics, data privacy and Group standards.
Strengthen processes, tools and data insights to support informed decision-making across the organisation.
You will bring:

Your background includes:
A Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, People & Culture, HRM or related fields.
Extensive senior leadership experience within international People & Culture roles.
Proven success leading global teams and shaping cross-country people strategies.
Experience navigating and influencing within a matrix organisation.
Fluent and strong communication skills in English - clear, engaging and direct.
