Sample Handling Specialist

Join our team as a Sample Handling Specialist and work with real pharmaceutical products from small vials to fully finished medicine boxes.
In this role you will manage incoming samples, track them globally, coordinate daily handovers with Regulatory, and ensure everything is stored, documented, and dispatched accurately and on time.
It is a position where strong organization, clear communication and a steady workflow mindset make a real impact by supporting product approvals and contributing to our global operations.
The opportunity:
We are looking for a detail focused and proactive professional who enjoys working in a structured environment and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
You will work closely with Regulatory, Trademark, Product Development and logistics teams while ensuring every sample is handled with care, consistency and professionalism.

Your main responsibilities include:
- Receive and store all product samples at the Hungarian site and manage their internal movement across storage cabinets in compliance with SOPs
- Coordinate handovers of physical samples to Regulatory, Trademark, and other internal departments, including responding to daily requests and sending out mock-up and empty box notifications
- Track and maintain global records of all samples in company systems, including smallest, inner, and leftover unit calculations which provide critical input for commercial teams
- Oversee the full life cycle of samples, including inbounding from authorities, trademark holders, and other sites, conducting inventory reviews, and ensuring live samples are properly managed for resale or further us
What You Shall Bring
Experience
- Background in logistics or related operational fields is preferred
- Fresh graduates are also welcome, especially those with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Skills
Abilities needed to execute tasks effectively, often divided into technical and interpersonal categories.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to details and precise execution of tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
