We are looking for a new colleague to join our ETO Service & Maintenance team who would enjoy working in a dynamic, growing pharmaceutical environment and contribute their technical knowledge to the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment.

The opportunity

Ensure the continuous operability of machines and equipment, lead a team and support production, and project implementation.

We would like you to:

• Ensure the continuous and smooth operation of manufacturing equipment
• Lead the Service & Maintenance team (6-8 people)
• Managing external service partners
• Managing proactive and reactive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting
• Maintaining documentation in accordance with GMP regulations
• Developing and monitoring corrective measures with production managers and QA
• Participation in ETO and PE (Packaging Engineering) projects
• Knowledge sharing and cooperation with different teams

What we need you to have:

• At least secondary technical education
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience
• User-level MS Office skills
• Confident conversational English

What is nice to have:

• Higher education degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical/mechatronics)
• Experience in automation
