As a Commercial Data Analyst (Business Analyst), you’ll play a central role in overseeing our central trading reports and acting as a bridge to our BI Team. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to anticipate and align data needs, ensuring commercial operations are powered by accurate, actionable insights and continuously optimized reporting.

You will join our Trading Excellence team, whose purpose is to create and promote best practices within our Pharma Trading organization. Trading involves managing our active and expanding product portfolio through pricing, purchasing, tender and inventory management, and the introduction of new products.
You will be part of a team dedicated to driving performance, fostering innovation, and encouraging collaboration across our commercial operations. Our team is known for its supportive culture, openness to new ideas, and commitment to continuous learning.

As our Commercial Data Analyst, you will:
Translate complex domain knowledge and functional insights into clear, commercial actions that drive business impact.
Deliver actionable insights that support commercial decision‑making by leveraging your strong data‑handling skills.
Demonstrate strong commercial acumen to drive forward the organization’s commercial priorities.
Taking full ownership of our central trading reports, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and continuous improvement.
Serving as the primary bridge between the commercial unit and the BI team, proactively aligning on data needs and driving optimization initiatives.
Diving deep into commercial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborating with stakeholders to support strategic initiatives with data-driven insights.
Owning and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to empower decision-makers.
Fuel for your success in the role
You bring an independent, self-driven mindset and a passion for both data/analytical excellence and commercial understanding. You’re comfortable navigating data challenges, eager to contribute with your commercial expertise to our business, and ready to become a specialist who can “speak both languages.”
We’re looking for someone with:
3+ years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or similar technical role
Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
A degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Analytics, Economics, or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
A proactive, curious, and collaborative approach to work
Experience working in or with commercial/trading teams is a plus
