Drive meaningful change

Your main responsibilities include:

• Provide first-line IT support to colleagues via chat, email, and in-person.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.
• Monitor IT systems to ensure they are running efficiently and securely.
• Document issues, solutions, and processes for internal knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with the IT team on projects and system upgrades.

Your Profile

We are looking for a motivated and curious individual who is eager to learn and grow in IT. A positive attitude, willingness to take on challenges, and a passion for technology are what matter most. You don’t need to know everything yet.

What we’re looking for:

• Interest in IT, computers, and technology.
• Basic understanding of Windows, Microsoft applications, and iOS devices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to troubleshoot.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and processes.
• Flexible, reliable, and organized in your daily work.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
