We are looking for an experienced and proactive Communication Specialist to join our corporate communication team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in strengthening internal and external communication, ensuring a consistent brand voice across multiple channels, and keeping our employees informed and engaged.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Communications Manager, Global Communication Team, and local HR team, taking ownership of content creation, intranet management, and social media communication. This position offers the opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic, bilingual (English–Hungarian) environment.

The opportunity

As the Communications Specialist dedicated to our Hungarian operations, you will:

Intranet & Internal Communication

• Provide technical and content support for the company’s intranet platform

• Create and publish new intranet pages; maintain and update existing ones

• Monitor and share relevant global and local news articles

• Translate and adapt internal communications, ensuring bilingual consistency (English ↔ Hungarian)

• Translate and summarize global meetings, internal letters, and announcements

Viva Engage (Yammer)

• Manage and maintain the company’s Viva Engage channel

• Continuously post engaging and relevant content

• Support and train new users to help grow the internal community

Social Media & External Communication

• Manage and post content on the company’s local social media channels

• Develop and execute the local social media calendar in coordination with the global communications team and local HR

• Create or adapt visual and written content together with the Communications Manager

• Ensure alignment with corporate brand and messaging guidelines

The Team and Stakeholders

The position is part of a local communications team of three, consisting of a manager, a student, and this new communications specialist role. The team supports an organization of nearly 800 employees with internal communication and works in close collaboration with the global communications team to ensure alignment and consistency.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on communication professional who is eager to make a tangible impact.

What we need you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in fields related to Communications, Public Relations, Media Relations or Journalism

• Up to 5 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or a related field

• Strong writing, editing, and translation skills (English ↔ Hungarian)

• Experience with intranet management (SharePoint or similar)

• Solid understanding of social media strategy and content creation

• Strong visual and storytelling sense — able to turn information into engaging communication

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proactive, independent, and collaborative approach

• Confident communicator comfortable working with global and local stakeholders
