Drive meaningful change

As Strategy & Operations Lead, you’ll play a central role in aligning strategic priorities and ensuring operational excellence across AMP. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to drive key initiatives, support decision-making, and ensure the commercial organization operates with clarity and impact.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Supporting strategic planning and governance across AMP
• Coordinating and following up on AMP Leadership Team priorities
• Driving cross-functional strategic projects (e.g., launch readiness, commercial excellence)
• Preparing executive-level briefings, presentations, and communications
• Monitoring progress on commercial initiatives and providing insights
• Managing the CCO’s schedule, travel, communications, and stakeholder engagement to ensure strategic alignment and effective use of time

Your Profile

You bring a strategic mindset, operational discipline, and a collaborative approach to solving complex challenges. You’re comfortable working across teams and geographies, and you value structure, clarity, and purpose in your work.

We’re looking for someone with:

• A university degree in Business, Economics, Management, or Life Sciences (advanced degree preferred)
• Several years of experience in specialty pharma, healthcare, or strategy consulting
• Solid project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information
• A proactive, structured, and collaborative approach to work
