Data Administrator - Student Assistant
Purpose of the Role
We’re looking for a full-time Student Assistant to join our Regulatory Packaging Design team at our K52 office in Budapest.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data administration while supporting a key project focused on organizing and standardizing packaging material files.
As a Student Assistant, you will help review and structure digital documentation related to packaging. Your main tasks will include locating and checking files, correcting inconsistencies, ensuring proper naming and format, transferring files to a new storage system, and keeping accurate records of all updates. Full training and ongoing support will be provided by the Regulatory Packaging Design team.
Responsibilities
- Locate and collect packaging-related files from internal drives
- Review and correct inconsistencies in file names and formats
- Standardize files based on internal naming conventions and guidelines
- Move verified files to the correct storage location
- Maintain accurate records of all file movements and changes for audit purposes
- Share regular progress updates and flag any issues to the project managers
- Ensure compliance with internal data standards
- Collaborate with the Regulatory Packaging Design team for guidance and support
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in English and Hungarian
- Strong attention to detail – you enjoy keeping things organized and error-free
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable working with digital files and folders
- Able to follow clear instructions and structured processes
- Good communication skills – you’re not afraid to ask questions or clarify tasks
- A positive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
- You are an active full-time university student and can work at least 20 hours per week (schedule based on mutual agreement)
- You are comfortable with on-site work at our Budapest office
- You have an active, conversational level of English, both written and spoken
- You are proactive, cooperative, and helpful, with a focus on solving users’ problems
- You work accurately, reliably, and responsibly
No previous work experience is required – just a proactive attitude and a willingness to contribute.
