Join us as our Administrative Coordinator for People and Culture, located at our office in Copenhagen. You'll play a pivotal role in managing administrative functions seamlessly. You'll serve as our go-to expert on our HR system, Mindkey and ensure meticulous attention to detail for our operational efficiency and success.
The Opportunity

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Create, review, and manage employment contracts for new hires and existing employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Exercise discretion and care when managing confidential employee and company information.
- Support the P&C team in a variety of administrative tasks and ongoing projects.
- Support the preparation and distribution of warrants, salary regulations, and bonus agreements on an annual basis.
- Ensure all P&C documentation and processes comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Assist in implementing P&C initiatives and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide P&C support across the organization.
- Manage administrative duties related to onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Contribute to a positive and well-structured P&C environment through attention to detail and reliable support.
About You, Our New Colleague

- Experienced in administrative or People & Culture (HR) -related roles, or with a background in P&C,HR, Employment Law, or an Office Trainee Program (Kontoruddanelse).
- Structured, detail-oriented and confident in managing data and documentation.
- Proactive and solution-driven, with a hands-on approach to challenges.
- Enjoying administrative tasks and takes ownership and works independently.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent in both Danish and English, written and spoken.
- Experienced in drafting formal documents, such as contracts and administrative records.
- Business-aware and highly collaborative, with a strong service mindset and the ability to build positive working relationships across the organization.
- Able to coordinate processes, support stakeholders and ensure smooth and timely execution of P&C tasks.
