Finance Business Partner – Production
Drive meaningful change
As Finance Business Partner for Production, you will be the financial sparring partner to our Budapest manufacturing site. Working out of the plant, you’ll secure financial transparency, strengthen our production costing model, and help the site deliver on volume and cost targets. You will be the link between Finance and Operations, turning data into concrete actions on the production site.
The opportunity
You will join a well-established Finance Business Partnering setup supporting our production area. As one of two dedicated partners, you’ll work closely with a colleague in Copenhagen to drive a common financial agenda and ensure transparency and value creation across sites and functions.
In this role, you will support refinement of our production costing, drive governance, and deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders. You will also contribute to business planning and support cross-functional projects, ensuring that financial perspectives are clear in key decisions.

Your responsibility would include:
- Drive development and continuous improvement of our production costing model and governance structure
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure accurate costing of products and materials
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key financial performance indicators related to production, inventory, and logistic costs
- Identify and analyse opportunities for process improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement scalable and sustainable solutions
- Maintain a proactive and curious mindset to continuously explore better ways of working and challenge the status quo
- Collaborate with Digital, Finance, Production, and Planning teams to optimize ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) usage and ensure accurate master data
- Contribute to the rolling forecast processes, bringing operational insights into financial forecasting and scenario analysis
- Support operational and cross-functional projects by providing financial visibility and decision-making support
Fuel for your success in the role
We imagine you have:
- 3+ years of experience analyzing financial operational data within a manufacturing or production setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable).
- Strong financial analytical skills, openminded and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of bridging technical systems and operational realities.
- Comfortable and experienced working with global, cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel within Europe up to 10% of the time.
- Fluency in English both written and verbal.
