Student Assistant - Strategy & Business Support

The Team
You will be part of the Business Support Team, working closely with the Executive Advisor to the CEO and supporting the Executive Management Team. The team plays a key role in enabling leadership to succeed by ensuring seamless coordination of strategic and operational priorities. You will also collaborate with colleagues across HQ and contribute to high-profile events and initiatives that bring the organization together.
The Position
As Student Assistant, you will support the Executive Advisor to the CEO in a variety of activities – from planning and logistics to event coordination and executive meeting support. No two days are the same, and you’ll gain valuable experience while contributing to meaningful projects. The position is part-time, approx. 15 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate your studies.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Assisting in planning and coordinating management off-sites, including travel, accommodation, and social activities.
- Supporting in the organization of company-wide events and celebrations.
- Helping manage the company suite at Royal Arena.
- Preparing agendas, coordinating stakeholders, and capturing meeting minutes.
- Assisting with executive meeting logistics and follow-ups
Your profile:
This role is well-suited for students at the beginning of their studies who are eager to gain hands-on experience alongside their education and we are looking for a motivated student who is eager to learn and ready to grow with the role. You bring a structured approach, enjoy organizing tasks, and are curious about working with different stakeholders. You don’t need prior experience - what matters most is your drive and willingness to contribute.
We expect that you:
- Are currently enrolled in a relevant university program (e.g., Business Administration, Communication, Management, or similar).
- Enjoy organizing and planning, and want to develop these skills further.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
- Enjoy working collaboratively and bring a positive, outgoing approach.
