Commercial Compliance Associate
Join us as a Commercial Compliance Associate and play a key role in safeguarding our reputation while ensuring ethical, compliant, and effective commercial activities in the pharmaceutical industry.
Are you passionate about upholding ethical standards and ensuring compliance in the pharmaceutical industry? We are seeking a Commercial Compliance Associate to join our team and help safeguard our company’s reputation while enabling compliant and effective commercial activities.
The opportunity
As a Commercial Compliance Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our commercial operations - including marketing, sales, and promotional activities - adhere to laws, regulations, and internal policies.
This is a hands-on and strategic position:
- You will review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials, communications, and partner activities.
- You will contribute strategically by building knowledge, recommending best practices, and strengthening compliance across regions.
This role is ideal for a professional with 2-5 years of experience who is ready to step into a broader, cross-regional position.
We would like you to:
You will help design, implement, and maintain compliance programs that align with European and local regulatory requirements. A big part of your role will be to ensure that marketing and sales practices are compliant, ethical, and well-documented.
- Drafting and updating policies and procedures related to promotional practices, HCP interactions, and third-party activities.
- Reviewing and approving promotional materials, non-promotional content, and partner activities.
- Delivering training to commercial teams on compliance topics and ensuring the knowledge is applied in practice.
- Conducting regular reviews and audits, identifying risks, and recommending corrective actions.
- Acting as a contact point for regulatory bodies and supporting inspections when needed.
- Collaborating closely with Legal, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Sales to secure compliant execution of strategies.
You will be part of the Commercial Compliance function, collaborating with colleagues across Business Development, Legal, Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), and Commercial Account Managers (CAMs).
About you, our new colleague:
You likely hold a degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field, and you bring 2-5 years of experience from compliance, medical communications, or the pharmaceutical industry. You are eager to step into a broader, cross-regional role and take on more responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of European and local compliance regulations and industry codes.
- Comfortable reviewing, editing, and approving materials with precision.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to consolidate complex information.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and regions.
At the same time, you are growth-oriented, proactive, and independent in problem-solving. You combine operational detail with a strategic outlook and bring a professional presence in external interactions with healthcare stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Are your interested?
This is a unique opportunity to grow your career in a cross-regional role within the pharmaceutical industry. You will work in a highly collaborative environment, gain exposure to international markets, and make a real impact by ensuring ethical, compliant, and sustainable business practices.
We look forward to receiving your application!
