Site Operations Excellence Manager
As a Site Operations Excellence Manager you will be responsible for creating a culture of operational and customer excellence, implementing change, and driving Continuous Improvement (CI) across the site through deploying the excellence program.
You shall ensure compliance with Abacus Medicine quality systems, policies, procedures and best practices, and all safety regulations, policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Develop an ops excellence system based on Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies
- Introduce and expanding the developed methodology
- Lead strategy deployment and ensure strategic alignment through cascading Key Performance Indicators top down and bottom up
- Support site leadership team in creating strategic vision of improvement goals, site master plan (deployment roadmap and maturity expectations based on priorities)
- Analyzing, mapping, and coordinating business and operational processes, tracking optimization steps
- Planning and executing process improvement projects, defining and tracking KPIs
- Organizing and conducting training sessions and workshops for colleagues in close cooperation with the L&D team
- Exploring continuous improvement opportunities based on data
- Lead and facilitate CI events.
- Coach the Abacus leadership team, with regards to CI
- Achieve long term CI objectives through cross functional alignment of all resources toward shared goals
- Develop and grow root cause identification and problem-solving capability at all levels
- Participate in the digital transformation process

Management of one direct report.
Stakeholders: SMT, C level management and leadership of a matrix organization
Directly reports to the General Manager
What you shall bring
- University degree in engineering, economics, management or other relevant field
- 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, process development, Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, Kaizen, TPM, TQM and other process development methods
- People management experience
