Sample Photographer
As a Sample Photographer, you will be part of the Product Development department, and you will support the pharmaceutical regulatory approval process by ensuring high-quality visual documentation of product samples. Working in a collaborative and compliance-focused environment, your responsibilities include photographing incoming pharmaceutical samples in line with regulatory and internal standards, recording and uploading product data into internal databases, and preparing accurate photo documentation and administrative records. You will also manage the movement of samples between photo workstations, storage areas, and following all relevant SOPs and internal procedures.
In this role, you will work closely with multiple departments — including Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs - to ensure that sample handling and documentation processes align with production timelines and regulatory requirements. Your contribution is essential to maintaining smooth workflows and supporting the timely release of products to market.
We would like you to:
- Photograph incoming pharmaceutical samples in accordance with relevant regulations;
- Record and upload product data into our internal database;
- Ensure adherence to deadlines and compliance with defined quality standards;
- Participate in all mandatory trainings and educational sessions as required by company policy.
What we need you to have:
- Professional experience in a similar position;
- Completed secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent qualification);
- Strong intermediate English skills, both spoken and written;
- User-level computer skills;
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, and Lightroom;
- Independence, precision, and commitment to delivering high-quality work;
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Strong problem-solving ability;
- Capability of identifying issues and implementing solutions.
