We are looking for an Automation & Serialization Specialist in the Automation and Serialization, D365 & Applications department. The role involves providing professional assistance in technical support to end-users, participation in Automation and Serialization related projects, application and solution implementation. Improving the system performance continuously. 

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide technical support to users and platforms in all Serialization and Automation covered applications, support users and manage incidents/requests.

• Troubleshoot and ensure continuous operation of the Abacus Medicine Serialization System.

• Act as a technical specialist supporting production, warehouse and in-house printing operations.

• Document issues and support actions for future improvements.
  

System Development & Optimization

• Develop and optimize automation within the serialization digital landscape.

• Research and analyze potential system upgrades and process optimizations.

• Assist in developing and enhancing FMD systems and training materials.

• Implement changes in the Serialization landscape to comply with regulations and meet business needs.
  

Projects

• Participate in Serialization-related tasks and projects.

• Collaborate with business users and key stakeholders.
  

Trainings

• Create and conduct relevant trainings for employees.

• Collaborate daily with departments including Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, In-House Printing, QA, and Validation.

What You Shall Bring

• Minimum 2 years work experience in a GxP environment

• Knowledge of EU-GxP and preferably FMD regulations

• Solid English and Hungarian communication skills

• Precise, proactive, and independent work style

• Good troubleshooting abilities

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in IT engineering, economy or a related fiel
  

• Solid understanding of business and Digital domains and how they interconnect. 

• Proficiency in problem-solving, communication, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders. 

• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements effectively. 

• Broad but detailed knowledge of relevant technologies within the solution domain.

• A proactive approach to ongoing learning and staying abreast of the newest system features and updates from Microsoft

• Strategic mindset and a passion for driving continuous improvement

• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and optimize processes
