ERP Specialist (Delivery)
As an ERP Specialist at Abacus Medicine, you will help to improve how our company works by using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O). You’ll support your team by helping with daily tasks and solving system-related issues. Besides, you’ll also assist in making our business processes better and more efficient by learning how to use the system to support different departments.

We would like you to:
- Assist in configuring and maintaining the D365FO environment based on business needs;
- Support end-users with day-to-day issues, including troubleshooting and training;
- Document bugs, changes, and solutions clearly for team reference;
- Perform tests and follow internal deployment procedures;
- Participate in business workshops to gather requirements and identify system gaps;
- Translate business requirements into functional design for the development team;
- Work closely with software developers to help them understand business needs;
- Monitor system updates and proactively learn about new D365FO features;
- Help with data validation, imports, and basic system administration tasks;
- Collaborate with senior team members on solution design and fit-gap analysis;
- Maintain user access rights and support security role assignments;
- Track and report on support tickets and recurring issues for continuous improvement;
- Run internal trainings and prepare training materials;
- Lead calls/meetings with (key) users.
What we need you to have:
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in IT engineering, economy or a related field;
- Experience in configuring and optimizing D365FO environments;
- Solid experience with ERP products (e.g. SAP, MS Dynamics products, etc., as a key user, business analyst or consultant);
- Analytical skills and the ability to conduct fit/gap analysis documentation;
- Fluency in English - written and verbal communication skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Experience in test planning, test execution, and troubleshooting in IT areas;
- A proactive approach to ongoing learning and staying abreast of the newest system features and updates from Microsoft;
- Ability to identify business opportunities and optimize processes;
- Strong collaboration and communication skills;
- Strong results-orientation combined with excellent judgement and problem-solving skills;
- Experience gained in Logistics / Production areas is an advantage.
