We’re looking for a full-stack engineer to join our team at Abacus Medicine Group. In this role, you’ll build and maintain custom web applications, integrating front-end and back-end services, databases, and APIs. You’ll develop secure, scalable solutions, optimize performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver functional features. Additionally, you’ll contribute to technical design, code reviews, and best practices, while helping onboard and mentor new team members.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications, ensuring seamless integration of UIs with backend services and APIs.
- Implement secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions, building reusable backend services and frontend components per platform standards.
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility, while collaborating with UI/UX designers, product owners, and developers to deliver functional features.
- Lead technical design sessions, code reviews, and contribute to the evolution of development frameworks, shared libraries, and best practices.
- Uphold high standards for code quality, documentation, testing, and mentor team members, including onboarding new developers and consultants.

Your Profile
We're seeking a self-driven Engineer with a strong technical foundation and collaborative mindset. Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams, with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Comfortable supporting teammates and accountable for delivering scalable, maintainable solutions.
Additionally, we imagine you have:
- 3 years of experience with frontend frameworks (React or Blazor) and responsive design principles
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services: App Services, Function Apps, Logic Apps
- Familiarity with Azure integration components such as API Management and Service Bus
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools (ARM templates, Bicep)
- Confidence in working within agile development methodologies
- Detailed knowledge with languages, frameworks & technologies including:
- .NET, C#, SQL, Cosmos DB
- REST, SOAP, Service Bus
- JSON, XML, CSV
- Authentication and authorization: OAuth2, JWT
- Strong communication skills, are able to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders and support onboarding and mentoring of team members
- Proficiency in software architecture and integration design patterns, with experience in collaborative practices like pair programming
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proficiency in verbal and written English
