Regulatory Packaging Design Deputy Manager

As a Regulatory Packaging Design Deputy Manager, you shall be responsible for a team of talented designers, who are working on new product application and maintenance projects for parallel trading of medicine.
You will proactively lead a team of approximately 15 colleagues, ensuring the creation of packaging designs for the printing department, based on artworks of medicine agencies and product samples from the submission files.
In addition, you will act as a critical liaison between your team and our management, focusing on strategy implementation and change management to drive efficiency and quality withing the Regulatory department.
Responsibilities
- Lead the standardization and continuous development of the Packaging Design function;
- Provide packaging design expertise through in-depth understanding and experience;
- Drive the change management initiatives to increase efficiency in packaging activities;
- Stay updated on internal and external expectations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Take ownership of internal procedures, manage process improvements, and oversee their successful implementation;
- Support the Regulatory Management in strategy implementation to ensure quality standards are met and meet stakeholder expectations are exceeded;
- Manage team capacity
- Ensure employee satisfaction
The Team and Stakeholders
You will lead a dynamic team of approximately 15 packaging designers. Your closest internal stakeholders include the Regulatory Management team, Regulatory Officers, Quality Assurance, and Operations.
About You, our new colleague
Qualifications:
- Have proven experience in a similar or relevant role;
- Have Hands-on experience in packaging creation and/or working within printing houses;
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
- Have 3+ years of' experience in leadership position;
- Fluent in English (written and verbal communication skills);
- Fluent in Hungarian (written and verbal communication skills;

- Experience in process improvement and standardization initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex situations
- Analytical thinking to identify areas for improvement
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
