As part of our continued expansion we are currently seeking one skilled ERP Consultants to join our IT team.
As an ERP Consultant at Abacus Medicine you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing our business processes through the effective use of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O). This position requires a candidate with a deep understanding of ERP systems, specifically Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management modules, and the ability to drive innovation through the implementation and enhancement of end-to-end functional business processes.

Abacus Medicine values innovation and adaptability, and as an ERP Consultant, you will contribute to our dynamic and progressive work environment by:
• Designing end-to-end functional business processes and solution architectures using Dynamics 365FO, with a focus on fit/gap analysis documentation
• Configuring the Dynamics 365FO environment to align with business needs as well as support Inventory, Warehouse, and Manufacturing processes in D365FO to optimize supply chain and production operations.
• Work closely with software developers to help them understand business needs
• Conducting thorough testing, preform testing in non-production environments and adhering to internal deployment processes
• Documenting, proposing, and discussing architecture and solution options, providing recommendations and outlining implications for tasks, bugs, and changes
• Participate in workshops alongside business stakeholders to analyze and design solutions for Dynamics 365FO optimization and applications, addressing gaps, identified during proof of concept and translate business requirements into functional designs for the development team to implement
• Lead calls and meetings with key users to gather input, provide guidance, and ensure alignment on processes and system usage
• Run internal trainings and prepare training materials to drive user adoption and knowledge sharing
• Providing ongoing operational support to system end-users, including training initiatives
• Proactively staying informed about the latest system features and updates from Microsoft
We use Dynamics 365FO together with a set of ISV products, custom software and the wider Microsoft eco-system (in particular the power platform and power-apps). Our solutions drive business change by combining, where applicable, standard ERP core functionality with integrated outside tooling.
Fuel for your success in the role
As an ideal candidate for the ERP Consultant position, you will bring a wealth of experience and expertise in Dynamics 365FO, combined with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
We imagine you have:
• 3+ years of demonstrated ERP experience in configuring and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365FO environments, Inventory, Warehouse, Manufacturing processes, Finance and Supply Chain processes
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operation, including implementation, configuration, and support of key financial and operational modules
• Experience with supply chain processes and cross-functional understanding of logistics, production, and distribution
• Ability to translate business needs into efficient system solutions, particularly within inventory, warehouse, and production scenarios
• Experience in facilitating workshops and collaborating with business stakeholders for solution design and process improvements
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct detailed fit/gap analysis and functional documentation
• A strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and optimize operational processes
• A proactive approach to ongoing learning and keeping up to date with the latest features and updates from Microsoft
• A Bachelor's degree in IT engineering, economics, or a related field as a minimum
• High proficiency in English – both written and verbal communication skills
