We are looking for a Packaging Engineering Support colleague to join our Engineering Technology & Operations (ETO) department.

The opportunity

You will become part of a small, experienced Packaging Engineering team that works closely with multiple departments across the organization. In this role, you will support packaging-related engineering activities and contribute to ensuring that packaging materials meet technical, quality, and manufacturing requirements.

We would like you to:

• Support the selection, testing, and validation of packaging materials

• Assist with in-house packaging material production, including tooling, raw material handling, and supplier coordination

• Contribute to troubleshooting packaging-related challenges and the development of practical, cost-effective solutions

• Support packaging design activities and ensure machine compatibility

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant manufacturing processes

What we need you to have:

• A degree in engineering or relevant technical background

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome

• Confident communication skills in English (written and spoken)

• Confident user-level knowledge of MS Office

Nice to have:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of Adobe design software (Illsutrator, InDesing, Photoshop)
